In a case argued by Peter Perroni, the New Hampshire Supreme Court recently upheld a decision by the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board which certified the NEPBA as the bargaining representative for two units of New Hampshire Highway Patrol Officers. The Supreme Court's order rejected the arguments of the incumbent labor organization and affirmed the overwhelming vote of the Highway Patrol Officers to join the NEPBA.
