Gary G. Nolan, Esq.
Gary G. Nolan attended the New England School of Law in Boston, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class and served as a Staff Editor for the New England Law Review. Before law school, Attorney Nolan attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, where he was Captain of the Wrestling Team in 1991. He is a member of the Greater Lowell Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Attorney Nolan represents clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in all Courts and Administrative Agencies in Massachusetts. As part of his active Labor Law Practice, Mr. Nolan appears often before Arbitrators, the Massachusetts Civil Service and Labor Relations Commissions, and Courts handling cases on behalf of Police Officers. In addition, Attorney Nolan has an active General Practice, including Personal Injury Litigation, Real Estate, Wills and Estates. Gary grew up in Lowell, Massachusetts and graduated from Lowell High School. He lives in Chelmsford with his wife and three children.
Peter J. Perroni, Esq.
Peter Perroni graduated first in his class from the New England School of Law in Boston where he received the Amos L. Taylor Award for academic excellence, and gave the valedictory address at the graduation of his class. During law school, Mr. Perroni received American Jurisprudence Book Awards in Contracts, Torts, Property, Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law. Following law school, Mr. Perroni served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Caroline Glassman of the Maine Supreme Court. His practice areas include union-side labor law (representing primarily police officers) and civil litigation. Attorney Perroni has successfully tried civil jury cases in Federal and State Courts and regularly represents clients regarding labor issues pending before State Agencies. Mr. Perroni is an adjunct Professor of Law at the New England School of Law where he teaches Legal Research and Writing. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire. Mr. Perroni received his undergraduate degree from Colby College where he was a member of the Football and Lacrosse teams. He enjoys cooking, racquetball, golf and skiing. Mr. Perroni lives in Southern New Hampshire.

Town of Hampstead, PELRB Decision No. 2008-071 (winning right to organize into a union for police officers, sergeants and dispatchers over objections lodged by Town); In re State Employees Ass’n of New Hampshire, 939 A.2d 209 (N.H. 2007)(securing right to union election for New Hampshire Fish and Game Conservation Officers); NEPBA Local 11 v. Portsmouth Police Commission, PELRB Decision No. 2007-140 (wining right for officers to wear union pins); Tilton Police Union, NEPBA Local 29 v. Town of Tilton, PELRB Decision No. 2007-100(winning right for police officers, corporals and sergeants to organize into union over objections put forth by Town); Town of Hudson v. Labor Relations Comm’n, 870 N.E.2d 618 (Mass.App. 2007)(winning right to have Union lawyer serve as Weingarten representative – leading case on this issue); Bennett ex rel. Estate of Bennett v. F.B.I., 278 F.Supp.2d 104 (D.Mass. 2003) (involving alleged murder by FBI informants in Boston); Costa v. Commissioner of Correction, 56 Mass.App.Ct. 42 (2002)(winning release of illegally incarcerated individual)
James M. Harrington, Esq.
Attorney Harrington attended the New England School of Law in Boston. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell where he was captain of the wrestling team in 1993. His primary areas of practice include Real Estate Law, Land Use, Real Estate Development and Condominium law. Attorney Harrington also has an extensive Probate and Estate Planning practice. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Greater Lowell Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Merrimack Valley Conveyancers Association. Jim grew up in Chelmsford and now lives in Tyngsborough with his wife and two children. Active in youth sports, in 2004, Jim served as one of the primary founders of the Tyngsborough Youth Wrestling Program – a program which he is proud to say has grown to include more than one hundred kids and a host of parents, coaches and volunteers. In addition to coaching, Jim regularly performs pro bono work for local youth sports organizations and other charitable interests.
Kevin E. Buck, Esq.
Kevin Buck is a graduate of Boston College and the New England School of Law (Boston). Attorney Buck became a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 1998. Attorney Buck has appeared before the Superior, District, Probate and Juvenile Courts of Massachusetts. He has represented client’s before the Department of Industrial Accidents, Federal Bankruptcy Court, Social Security Administration, Civil Service Commission and Labor Relations Commission. He is a current member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Attorney Buck enjoys golfing and gardening. He lives just north of Boston with his wife and dog.

Attorney Harrington is a graduate of Northeastern University and Suffolk University Law School. For 36 years, Jim had been in private practice in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, where he focused on Real Estate Law, including Conveyancing, Residential and Commercial Land Development and Zoning. In addition, Attorney Harrington’s practice concentrated on both Condominium and Municipal law. Jim is proud of his service to the Town of Chelmsford as its Town Counsel from 1977 to 1995, and thereafter as Special Town Counsel to the Chelmsford Sewer Commission until 2005. Attorney Harrington’s significant experience in all phases of residential and commercial real estate development projects, both large and small, is a valued asset to the Firm. An accomplished photographer, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, including his many grandchildren.
